Responsible for relationship management working with accounts in assigned geography. Handles acquisition and growth of new business customers, most are agencies. Sells, services and grows existing base of customers more who require more strategic selling opportunities. Builds long term relationships selling Pinsight's Strategic Value for the Account. Responsible for total account ownership. Engages Regional Account Managers for them to sell ad related solutions to the customer.
Focuses on selling mobile advertising products that leverage Sprint data and distribution for advanced customer targeting.
- Prospect, qualify and sell mobile targeting data segments/audiences to new accounts via phone, e-mail, social media, conferences and face-to-face sales calls
- Develop outbound lead generation programs to recruit new customers and actively responds to inbound leads
- Must be a self-starter, with the ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post high school
- Three years selling experience in a Business to Business environment
- Two years experience in inbound and outbound prospecting and closing of new business
3+ years sales experience in online media sales, advertising agency business development, or media buying client- or agency-side
2+ years of sales experience with mobile advertising
2+ years’ experience selling data segments/audiences to media buyers at brands and agencies
1+ year experience selling/working with programmatic buying teams at brands or at an agency
A strong working knowledge of DSP’s and DMP’s would be a major plus
Established rolodex of clients/contacts in the Chicago area in addition to ad agency and programmatic relationships to accelerate revenue growth
Experience with salesforce.com or other CRM tool
