Responsible for discovering and closing new business for our latest data product offering, Audience ID within brands and agencies. Audience ID is a predictive segmentation product that utilizes our unique carrier/network level mobile data to create custom audiences from a client’s best customers. Audience ID informs decisions at the campaign level including creative messaging, channel strategy, merchandising and others.
You will initiate customer contact/visits with existing and prospective customers. Engage decision makers at all levels (planners/buyers, AMD, VP Media, CMO) to evangelize Audience ID’s benefits & key selling points. Build and maintain a network of colleagues, partners, and customers for information sharing and prospecting. Develop and accomplishing a lead generation plan. Presents products and services to fill customer needs. Demonstrates knowledge of the organization's entire product portfolio with in-depth knowledge on a subset of products or services. Accurately update and maintain daily activity and prospect information into Salesforce database, including comprehensive and up-to-date client information.
- Bachelor's degree and eight years related work experience or twelve years related work experience post high school
- Five years related business-to-business sales experience
- Five years experience in inbound and outbound prospecting and closing of new business
10+ years professional experience, including at least 5 years in consulting/enterprise client service to marketers and at least 3 years of experience in digital media and/or digital marketing
3+ years of sales experience with mobile advertising, with working knowledge of mobile behavioral, demographics and location data
3+ years’ experience selling data segments/audiences to data strategists/analysts or planning groups at brands and agencies
Familiarity with 3rd party data sources
Working knowledge of mobile advertising platforms or creating audience segmentation
Must be able to craft, articulate and influence adoption of strategies and directions within clients’ organizations in a crisp manner
