Job Summary

Responsible for creating a comprehensive strategic long term corporate plan, including a set of target metrics and their prioritization. Responsibilities include developing detailed strategic action plans, including identifying specific areas of focus, investment and strategic positioning; monitoring whether major plans and actions are still appropriate and consistent with company strategy; analyzing the company’s positioning and strengths and weaknesses vis a vis incumbent and potential competitors, and leveraging competitor intelligence to create a “best in class” model applicable to the company; driving decision-making to anticipate and respond to market forces; presenting analyses and findings to the senior executive team along with strategic options; and developing strategic planning cadence, processes and tools to be used across the enterprise.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree and ten years related work experience or fourteen years related work experience post high school
• Five years of progressive management or leadership experience
• Five years of experience leading strategic projects, establishing and directing strategic plans and objectives
• Five years of experience with competitive and market research
• Five years experience in assessing business opportunities and needs, developing strategic plans, and accountability to execution
Preferred Qualifications
• Masters of Business Administration
• Five years experience in roles requiring understanding of revenue and cost drivers and financial markets
• Five years experience in roles requiring understanding of mobile competitive landscape
• Five years experience in roles requiring understanding of financial markets
• Five years experience in roles requiring the development of financial models and simulations
• Five years experience in roles requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to express points professionally to all levels
• Demonstrated multicultural interest and communication skills
