Job Summary

Ensures that all installation and maintenance functions are performed in a timely fashion to meet customer and company specifications. Performs highly specialized moderately complex tasks associated with installation and/or maintenance of switch, cell, network, or CPE equipment.
- Experience with Wireless Switching maintenance, repair and provisioning.
- Experience with Circuit/Trunking provisioning, maintenance and repair
- Experience with Commissioning and Integration of Samsung Cell Sites
- Experience maintaining and securing a Wireless Switching center
- Experience in maintenance, repair and provisioning of Optical Transmission equipment
- Experience working MiniMacro cells Airspan/Nokia
- Experience maintaining and securing Wireline and Wireless Switching Centers
Must have a valid drivers license, three consecutive years of active driving history, successfully complete driver's safety Training and otherwise comply with Sprint Driver Safety Policy and guidelines

Basic Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • One year Network Operations experience

Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient with Samsung Wireless Cell architecture.
- Proficient in Sprint Cell Backhaul including Microwave
- Proficient in Cisco routers including IPA and Cell Site CSR
- Proficient deploying new Cell Site including special event COW from a Switch environment
- Proficient in repairing and maintaining Airspan MiniMacro cells
- Strong understanding of T1, T3 and optical transmission
- Strong understanding of IP based services including the provisioning of those services
