Job Summary

Oversees real estate activities to ensure maximum return and profitability. Advises and assists with site selection, site acquisition, leasing space and other functions relating to land acquisition, negotiation, and sale. Responsible for managing properties and facilities, including management of revenues, expenses, customer relationships, and contract administration. Analyzes and makes decisions regarding lease terms and conditions, customer requirements for space, tenant requests and negotiating positions, and pricing and valuations. Negotiates and interprets lease agreements, contracts, renewals, permits, and/or various property rights or other rights of use, including determination of best negotiating positions. Resolves a variety of customer/tenant issues and takes a lead in tenant interfaces. Plans and conducts projects related to leased properties and concessions that may involve hiring of outside consultants. Manages administrative functions including contracts for services and capital and operating budget preparation and monitoring.
The position will contribute to a real estate operations team focused on client and vendor relationships for lease renewals and administration including abstracts, input, reconciliation and the evaluation of all leases. This position will be responsible to manage the process for account reconciliation and manage accounts payable functions. The scope entails managing billings, changes, discrepancies, renewals and amendments and monitoring schedules and approvalsMust have valid driver's license, three consecutive years of active driving history, successfully complete driver's safety training, and otherwise comply with Sprint's Driver Safety Policy and guidelines.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and eight years related work experience or twelve years related work experience post high school
  • Five years experience in commercial real estate administration and/or property management
