Job Summary

Manages all aspects of diverse, medium to moderately complex technical projects, including project planning, execution, timing, functionality, quality, and cost. Manages budgets, invoices, and project timelines. Works across multiple teams and organizations to ensure project completion. Utilizes expertise and leadership skills to direct team members and to resolve issues to ensure project goals and requirements are met. Communicates with end-users to provide timely and accurate information and status updates.
This position acts as the connection between our digital product team and the technical teams, as the team delivers an increasingly complex ecommerce solution. Gathers and documents technical and front end requirements, and collaborates with the development team through design and implementation. Performs analysis of business processes and data that pertain to business issues. Serves as a project leader or project manager and has significant interaction outside of the work group.
  • Communicate business and technical requirements to development teams and track follow-through
  • Work very closely with the product owners in their effort to document and support our digital products
  • Provide detailed documentation on digital components for future reuse
  • Create acceptance criteria for user stories to define features for product deliverables
  • Ability to interpret and translate technical documentation into user requirements
  • Ability to understand and utilize templates/components
Performs analysis of business processes and data that pertain to business issues. Provides reporting solutions and data metric analysis that may identify business trends and results. Utilizes data analysis to explain business issues and financial implications, recommend workflow improvements, or enable business unit to improve workflow processes. Works with various business units to accomplish objectives. Performs research and influences the strategy for the most complex reporting and analyses of information in reports. Serves as a project leader or project manager and has significant interaction outside of the work group

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post high school
  • Three years experience managing technical projects
  • Three years experience with reporting and budgets

Preferred Qualifications
  • Understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies
  • Meticulous attention to details; strong organizational skills
  • Experience working with content management system, preferably AEM
  • Experience in an ecommerce environment
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and technology
