Job Summary

Plans and implements projects that support the marketing function. Interacts directly with product managers to identify new marketing opportunities, prepares regular marketing activity reports and responds to questions from the sales organization. Works individually or with a team in recommending action, scheduling and planning projects, estimating cost and managing projects to completion. May identify, evaluate and recommend marketing opportunities consistent with product line objectives. Responsibilities may also include: coordinating trade show activities, website development, developing future e-commerce strategies, and tracking of marketing campaigns to evaluate results and provide recommendations for future marketing promotions.
This role will be responsible for developing the marketing strategy and execution for targeted marketing campaigns focused on acquiring new customers to Sprint and driving Sprint gross add market share versus our competitors. In addition, this role would support campaigns for adding lines of service for our existing customer base. Specific focus will be building a targeted marketing strategy and working to leverage both online/offline marketing vehicles while leveraging new messaging vehicles for specific target segments. This position will leverage data and customer insights to determine appropriate target markets and marketing mix. This position will drive go-to-market approach across all key stakeholders and need to be an effective change agent, strong influencer and relationship builder at all levels of the organization. Key component of this role will be business case and offer development, offer fulfillment, direct marketing tactic and message creation and understanding performance of the campaigns.
  • Experience in managing and driving marketing campaigns end to end—from strategy creation, creative development, campaign execution, offer fulfillment to on-going performance measurement of targets/business case
  • Ability to determine insights from data that can become an actionable marketing campaign
  • Experience in offer development for targeted campaign design and management.
  • Drive business case creation that facilitates treatment feasibility/value assessment with Finance team for ROI both pre and post campaign
  • Able to understand campaign performance and determine appropriate deployment of an on-going marketing campaigns and investment
  • Work with cross-functional partners to enable new offer and treatment capabilities across multiple channels where the customer engages, specifically in direct, digital and social media channels.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post high school
  • Three years experience working with marketing policies and procedures

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior Marketing campaign and offer development experience
  • Deep knowledge of key targeted marketing practices
  • Deep knowledge of direct marketing and creative practices with proven results
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data/insight into action
  • Deep knowledge of Sprint culture, processes, and operations
  • Willingness and ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Willingness and ability to engage in cross-functional collaboration
