Job Summary

Develops and manages marketing communications strategies, programs and projects by working with partners across Sprint as well as advertising agencies to implement product marketing strategies and sales objectives. Participates in the development of plans for product promotion in support of marketing objectives. Provides counsel to other departments and staff on company communication and advertising policies and procedures for retail, web and other channels for Sprint.
  • Oversees the planning, development, management and coordination of all Business Advertising solutions to help businesses promote the sale of business products and further business sales objectives.
  • Consults with other areas of management or business units, sales departments, and advertising agencies to leverage Business Advertising marketing communications tactics, including but not limited to web marketing, social, TV, radio, out-of-home, print, trade show activity and direct marketing.
  • Manages the preparation of Business sales aids and advertising and public relations projects as well as recommends the media best suited to sell specific Business products or services.
  • Interacts with vendors to produce Business Advertising promotional material.
  • May participate in the development of Business Advertising functional strategy.
  • Manages and oversees Business specific national campaigns within established budgets and timelines.
  • Interfaces with multiple senior-level partners across the organization including Marketing business units, Legal, Brand, Product, etc.
  • Provides guidance / leadership on Business Advertising strategy, creative feedback, brand positioning, and implementation on all campaigns.
  • Manages relationships of advertising agency of record, or YellowFan Studios internal agency, communicating with key senior members of the appropriate teams.
  • Utilizes strategic and analytical skills to deliver Business advertising reporting through the use of key metrics.
  • Prepares / responsible for senior-level Business advertising related presentations for executive management
  • Strong experience in preparing material for senior executive level presentations.
  • Strong inter-personal and relationship development skills, including ability to effectively lead in a matrix-management environment.
  • Excellent client management leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post high school
  • Three years working with marketing communication policies and procedures
  • Three years experience with writing and design layout

Preferred Qualifications
  • Three years experience leading advertising agency resources
  • Three years experience in program/project management
