Job Summary

Supervises the day-to-day planning, design, implementation and support activities of the Network Engineering team. Oversees engineering services and project management functions required to develop, implement and support various network plans. Projects include technology changes within the networks and new implementation guidelines and/or standards. Oversees project planning, troubleshooting, issue analysis and resolution and vendor coordination. Provides immediate supervision, monitors workflow, assigns tasks, goals and objectives. Participates in hiring, termination, performance and salary reviews.
Demonstrated ability to develop strong working relationships with both internal and external customers. Service Assurance Front Office Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of Service Assurance Front Office. We Watch, Protect, Fix, and Communicate our network with best in class methods. The candidate provides floor leadership across multiple technologies, manages incidents and escalations, makes adjustments for attendance gaps and provides direction during large scale events. The ideal candidate will have a background in high level technical support and providing support to Network Operations Control Centers. Managers will provide training and tactical support for various teams. Service Assurance Front Office is a 7x24x365 operation.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post high school
  • Three years Network Engineering experience
  • Two years experience in a technical support role
  • Two years supervisory or management experience
