As a Sprint Academy Associate you'll have the opportunity to gain practical experience in a challenging, fun and fast-paced work environment. This includes entry level professional duties and project work in various capacities while working with our awesome technology solutions, systems, and processes.

Basic Qualifications
• High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
Responsibilities:
Intern will assist the Base Development Manager in efforts around client retention and existing account growth opportunities
  • Including but not limited to assisting with: Campaign management for Retention efforts:
    • Conduct outbound calls and emails to clients that are close to or beyond their Price plan & Equipment dates
    • Recommend and upsell solution services and products when appropriate
      1. This includes both complimentary and fee based services. (this is secondary and does not require high pressure selling skills)
    • Learn about what an Account Executive does at Sprint
Qualifications:
  • Flexible to multi-task and juggle priorities
  • Proficiency with MS Office products such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Strong customer focus, teamwork, and organizational skills
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple projects at any given time

General Skills:
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, energetic, independent and responsive to feedback
  • Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects
  • Ability to work independently and in a group setting
