Job Summary

Supports the efforts of Implementation Project Managers assigned to business customers and Sprint sales teams. As a D2B resource, deploys mobility services for defined field implementation team(s) and geography, ensuring customer requirements outlined in project plan have been met. Activates, provisions, loads applications, transfers data, and troubleshoots device issues for assigned deployments. Specifically supports omnichannel projects to manage deployment, ensure correct plan set-up and accurate billing. Works with IPM to resolve any implementation, service or billing issues originating from assigned deployments. Interfaces with IPM’s, direct, indirect and retail sales teams, and Sprint customers in carrying out responsibilities.
Experience navigating multiple device and computer screens and programs while interacting with customers. Role requires regular use of MS Office products including Excel, Word and Power Point. In addition, candidates should be able to manage their time efficiently and work independently.

Must have valid driver’s license, three consecutive years of active driving history, successfully complete driver’s safety training, and otherwise comply with Sprint’s Driver Safety Policy and guidelines.

Basic Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years experience operating a computer in a Windows based environment
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree
• Two years experience in a customer facing environment
• Two years experience and/or technical education/training troubleshooting computer hardware, mobile phones, or other electronic devices
• Two years working with/in billing, data applications, data services and network performance
• One year experience working Sprint's products and services
• Must have reliable vehicle and be willing to travel 3+ hours each way (mileage reimbursement available)
