Job Summary

Manages the development and implementation process of a company's services involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing projects. Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Monitors the project from initiation through delivery. Responsible for assembling project team, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of project. Communicates with lead Project Manager and/or functional area manager regarding status of specific projects.
  • Responsibilities focus on 2 main tracks: daily operations and business improvements
  • Operations Track: Governed by FY/Quarter/Monthly targets, manage business operations acting as a liaison across
    • Acquisition Marketing throughout offer development phase
    • Digital Marketing (including paid search, display and social) on market segment targeting, value proposition development and communication
    • Product, User Experience & Design, Personalization and IT teams throughout offer implementation/execution on digital channels
    • CRM/Business Intelligence/Analytics teams to monitor offer, channel, segment performance and deliver insight derived to business improvement track
  • Business Improvement Track:
    • Responsible for assessment and analysis of behavior patterns using site metric tools to optimize targeting, user experience and ultimately the business results throughout sales customer journey on digital channels
    • Digital Marketing - Analysis and improvement of market segment targeting and the associated value proposition and communication strategy
    • Analysis of market competitive intelligence and technology landscape to identify and implement programs to improve business results and customer growth.
    • Develop business requirements interfacing with Product Management and Development Teams. Project management from initiation to delivery partnering cross functionally and leading coordination throughout implementation and operationalization.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and two years related work experience or six years related work experience post high school
  • Two years project management or related process management experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • Consumer acquisition on digital channels - Experience at wireless, cable operators or an leading online retailer/e-commerce platform preferred
    • Upgrades, Growth and Retention on digital channels including paid search and display /social
  • CRM, Segmentation, Campaign Management on Digital Channels
  • Working experience with Digital Agencies (e.g. Paid Search, Paid Display, Social, Affiliate Marketing)
  • Digital Channel Technology vendor management
  • Project/Program Management of Marketing and Sales operations on Digital Channels
  • End to end execution experience in a cross functional environment involving Marketing, Channel Management, IT, User Experience & Design and Product Management
  • CAPM or similar Project Management certification
