Job Summary

Manages the functionality and efficiency of a group of computers running on one or more operating systems. Maintains the integrity and security of servers and systems. Serves as a front line interface to users with technical issues. Interacts with third-party technology vendors and internal database staff. Conducts systems analysis and development to keep systems current with changing technologies. May install new software, perform troubleshooting, and grant permissions to applications and training users.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and two years related work experience or six years related work experience post high school
  • Two years technical assistance experience
  • Two years experience installing software
  • Two years system administration experience


Preferred Qualifications
  • US Citizenship
  • Windows 2016 OS
  • Previous Sprint experience
