Job Summary

This key role will own Sprint Digital's personalization strategy and DMP (Data Management Platform) execution. This individual will work closely with the web sales, digital media and care teams to understand key opportunities for personalization on Sprint.com and within our digital advertising ecosystem. This individual will map the overall personalization strategy into business requirements and ultimately execution. This role will be responsible for defining audience segments needed to deliver the appropriate, contextualized web and app experiences. The role is the preeminent expert at Sprint regarding our multi-brand DMP and directly collaborates with Marketing and IT at Sprint, Boost Mobile, and Virgin Mobile to ensure the DMP is properly enabled with the right first, second, and third-party data sets. This role interfaces with Sprint Vice President level resources on a regular basis to guide executive-level problem-solving regarding audiences for media buying, digital channel personalization (both app and web), and targeted campaign effectiveness.
Identify overall web and app personalization strategy.
•Deep knowledge of DMP functionality and capabilities
•Ability to lead digital audience creation and execution efforts
•Evaluate and prioritize business personalization use cases
•Partner with MarTech implementation team and Analytics teams to determine 1st, 2nd and 3rd party data required to build audience segments and deliver on personalization use cases.
•Determine correct target audience for campaigns through thorough analysis of performance reports
•Knowledge of 3rd party Data Onboarding platforms (such as LiveRamp).
•Create cross-brand requirements for third party data that should be incorporated into the DMP
•Understand the latest industry trends and use cases surrounding the use of the DMP
•Shape enterprise data collection and management strategy for customer identity graphs
•Have knowledge of the ad buying marketplace including DSPs, bidders, and programmatic platforms

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post high school
