Job Summary

Develops and implements product marketing plans for a few complex products/services to achieve business objectives, ultimately resulting in the attainment of sales goals. Responsible for managing the development of product requirements, go-to-market plans, product launch activities, and lifecycle management of the assigned products. Evaluates competitive offerings, and develops action plans to ensure a healthy product/portfolio. Works cross-functionally throughout the lifecycle to ensure the marketing plan initiatives are executed effectively.
As a Digital Product Manager, your responsibilities will include helping set the product roadmap with various stakeholders, while working with external vendors and internal technical teams through the various stages of ideation, development, testing, release and deployment. In this role, you will manage all facets of the product development life cycle, with a focus on eCommerce and self-service functions. Need to be forward-thinking, innovative, and collaborative, with experience in both web and app.
Update and drive the product roadmap for the web experience and mobile app
  • Conduct ideation and specification development sessions to ensure alignment across stakeholder organizations including Sales, Service, and Operations
  • Provide detailed product definition for key features and user stories
  • Conduct market research to identify user need for new products
  • Prioritize product opportunities using criteria and requirements defined during research
  • Establish requirements and specifications for existing and new products with business partners
  • Lead and participate in planning meetings and provide advice and guidance on direction of products
  • Maintain backlogs for development and ensure high priority development requests are assigned to appropriate iterations
  • Demonstrate functionality of completed products to internal team members and other stakeholders
  • Liaison with key stakeholders on a periodic basis to formulate backlog and understand how to continuously improve product scalability and performance
  • Develop metrics to assess the success of products and features and determine necessary enhancements
  • Lead optimization and personalization opportunities on the web and app experiences

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and eight years related work experience or twelve years related work experience post high school
  • Three years project management and implementation experience
  • Three years experience working in more than one area related to product marketing

Preferred Qualifications
  • One year experience working with the organization's products and service offerings
