Job Summary

Provides technical sales support to assure successful customer integration and implementation of established organization products. Supports large complex unit sales through pre-sales and/or post-sales technical consulting activities. Analyzes the customer's business needs, and presents technical product proposals for integration and implementation with the customers' systems and equipment. Works with customer to ensure implementation is completed on schedule and within budget.
  • MS365 and Solution focused
  • Supports the Technical deployment and enablement of MSO products by assisting Technical Project Manager and Deployment Lead by having advanced knowledge in:
    • understanding customer’s technical environment
    • Domain configuration, User information import, mail routing and data migration, SMTP relay, Mobile Device configuration, AD Connect setup and configuration
    • Solution Enablement in customers environment
    • Developing technical processes
    • Troubleshooting Data Migration issues
    • Change Management and Adoption
    • Lifecycle enablement including user configuration, file recovery, spam filtering, TLS encryption, archive setup, document sync, App installation and synchronization
  • Technical resource during customer trials, providing proactive analysis of customer environment and internal network experience, recommendations based on those findings, and immediate response to technical issues discovered during the testing period.
  • Provides technical consultation to the Sprint sales team during the pre-sales process including analysis of customers network and platform
  • Creates proposals, including comprehensive technical analysis and recommendations, to provide best solution for business customer
  • Analyzes past customer trial data to provide product and service recommendations based on previous solution success
  • Demonstrates the benefit of Sprint supported solutions by customizing, presenting, and implementing the solution during the trial period
  • Researches and gains understanding of the customer’s industry, including common business problems
  • Develops technical documentation, including customer-facing how-tos and sales reference materials
  • Creates presentation materials for Sprint solutions, including Sales job aids and customized customer-facing documents
  • Identifies opportunities to improve customer trial experience by assessing current network capabilities, customer success criteria, and small cell enhancement potential
  • Ability to work across multiple lines of business with several stakeholders, including projects with executive level visibility. Must be able to communicate technical information to non-technical individuals
  • Stays current with business, industry, and professional developments. Takes ownership of their education and certifications
  • Consistently identifies ways to improve the business and make recommendations based on technical expertise and experience

Co-Lead for Launch Packages
  • develop and test new processes
  • test and document launch products
  • present launch packages
  • train technical launch package to internal team members and sales
  • technical lead for external customers in pre-launch Try-Buy opportunities

Package multi-vendor solutions
  • working with vendors
  • training internal and external customers
  • support SSE I & II, sales and solution engineers with solution
  • Job is based in Englewood, CO and working from the office is a requirement
  • No relocation is available for this position
  • Employees must be available to work a flexible schedule (including days, nights, weekends, and holidays)

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and two years related work experience or six years related work experience post high school
  • Three years telecommunications experience

Preferred Qualifications
Appropriate Microsoft Certifications which may include:
  • MCSA Office 365
  • MCSA Windows 10
  • MCSE Mobility - Exams 70-695 / 70-696 / 70-398
  • MCSE Productivity – Exams 70-345 / 70-333 / 70-334
